Directors Meetings
The board meet once a month, typically on the first Wednesday of each month. The agenda includes discussions around strategic priorities, financial matter and other issues relevant to businesses in Clevedon. These meetings are open to Board Directors, individuals interested in becoming a Director, or individuals/groups specifically invited by the Board to discuss specific topics.
We are also always on the look out for more BID directors, please email [email protected] if you are interested in a position on the Board.

Quarterly Open Meetings
Each quarter we will host an open meeting whereby levy payers, community groups or individuals/groups presenting funding requests can attend. We encourage funding applications to be submitted to align with the meeting timings below. You may also be invited to present your idea at the meeting.
- Wednesday 3rd December 2025. Open to funding requests for Spring & Summer events.
- Wednesday 4th March 2026. Open to funding requests for Summer & Autumn events.
- Wednesday 1st July 2026. Open to funding requests for Autumn & Christmas events.
- Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Open to funding requests for Christmas & Spring events.
- Wednesday 2nd December 2026. Open to funding requests for Spring & Summer events.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month, usually from 7-8pm but please liaise with Kate to confirm time and location – [email protected]
We welcome all members and interested parties to meetings for productive conversation and to share ideas.
Traders Meetings
Given the geographical spread of businesses in Clevedon, traders groups have been established to represent the specific interests and needs to different areas of Clevedon. If you are a trader we encourage you to get involved in one of these groups. If you feel that you are not represented and would like help setting up a traders group, please contact us as we can assist.
HAB Traders group (Hill Road, Alexandra Road, Bellevue Road)
This group meet regularly and organise the successful Christmas festivities and illuminations within the HAB area each year. To get involved or to attend a meeting, please contact them on [email protected].
Town Centre Traders group
This group represents businesses within the town centre / Queen’s Square area of Clevedon. The group meet regularly to discuss priorities, needs and ideas to help draw footfall into the area. Funding Applications
Did you know that we have a Funding Application form, enabling local groups and traders to request funding for projects, events or initiatives that are aligned to our three focus areas:
Marketing and promotion; to encourage more people to discover Clevedon, more often
Public Realm & Environmental Improvements; to make Clevedon more attractive for businesses, residents, and visitors.
Engagement, Influence & Investment; to build business community, improvement and perceived value of Discover Clevedon.
Projects must have a local impact and support any one or more of the three focus areas to be considered for funding. Projects are encouraged to bring match funding or other resources if possible.
