Tracey – Little Paws Rescue
Tell us about your business. What services do you provide?
We are a cat rescue (registered charity no 1179534). We rescue and rehome unwanted cats and kittens. We neuter all cat before rehoming & provide free vouchers for our kittens to be done when old enough.
We believe every cat is unique and we care for them as individuals until we are able to find them their new home.
How did you start your business? What’s the story?
Little Paws was set up 8 years ago as there was a need for another rescue covering the North Somerset area. We are now desperate to move the rescue home to larger premises due to the amount of cats needing to come into rescue because of neglect or overbreeding.
We rely solely on donations and support from the public.
Little Paws has a charity shop in The Triangle, which is staffed by volunteers.
What is the best thing about running a business in Clevedon?
Clevedon is a lovely place to have our shop and we are planning on moving the rescue here (from Nailsea) as soon as we can afford suitable premises.
