Tell us about your business. What services do you provide?
At the heart of my work is visual branding. I design vibrant, thoughtful brand identities for independent businesses who want to stand out, show their personality, and feel confident in how they present themselves to the world. My aim is always to create branding that feels natural to use and something you’re genuinely proud to share, whether you’re selling products, services, or ideas.
Alongside branding, I create joyful handmade products, including greetings cards, homewares, and accessories, made for people who love a little colour and care woven into their everyday. I also design rich, playful pattern collections that add depth and character, offering bold brands a way to introduce something distinctive and full of life into their product ranges.
How did you start your business? What’s the story?
Starting my business wasn’t a single, clear moment, it was more of a gradual unfolding. Creativity has always been part of who I am, something that’s been there for as long as I can remember. While I was at university, I opened an Etsy shop as a way to share what I was making, and that small beginning quietly grew alongside my studies.
After studying illustration at university, I moved into design work and found myself equally drawn to both the handmade and digital sides of creativity. Over time, those interests came together naturally, shaping the business I run today. I value freedom, creative freedom, time freedom, and the freedom to follow my instincts. Being able to build something that reflects that brings me a lot of joy, and it’s that feeling I try to pass on to the people and businesses I work with.
What is the best thing about running a business in Clevedon?
Clevedon suits me perfectly because it offers a quieter, calmer pace of life without feeling cut off. I love being away from the constant buzz of a city, while still being close enough to feel connected and inspired. There’s a real sense of care and personality here, especially among the independent businesses. Seeing so many people pouring their passions into what they do is incredibly motivating, and it feels special to be part of a creative community like that.
