An Evening With Marvin Thompson at the Curzon Clevedon

The Curzon are delighted to be teaming up with More Than Words Literary Festival to bring you this event.

Doors will open at 6.30pm and Books on the Hill, Clevedon Community Bookshop and Clevedon Literary Festival will be joining us with stalls on the landing for anyone who fancies a browse or a chat before the show. Marvin will also be signing and selling his books after the event.

Social distancing will be in place in the auditorium for this showing

Light Up The Night – In Memory Or Celebration Of A Loved One

Light up the Night has been created to give friends and family an opportunity for shared remembrance of loved ones past in a place of unique calm, peace, hope and community.

The idea is quite simple – you light a candle in memory or celebration of a loved one – however, the experience is quite moving. From early evening a graveyard, cemetery or similar is filled with candles and open for anybody to drop by and walk, linger, perhaps light a candle and contemplate family and friends, past and present.
