Clevedon Enjoys Great Success With The Introduction of Our Very Own Parkrun
The Parkrun free events take place every Saturday morning at over 1,400 locations in twenty-two countries across five continents, which now includes Clevedon!
The 5km course begins at Clevedon Salthouse Park. The course is run entirely on tarmac paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
The cost to enter the event is free, however you must register before your first run. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time. The competitive nature of the park run is purely you against the clock. All runners attend for their own enjoyment and any ability or pace is welcome.
Every week, runners and spectators can grab a post parkrun coffee in the Salthouse Pub (open from 10am) – please come and join us!
Did you run this week? Check out the results page and news page which includes event reports – normally updated a day or two after the event.
